Going strong
So i'm making lots of progress with my website and it feels great. I have set a goal and that is driving me forward.
Sometimes I do get distracted, but then I remind myself to get back on track and continue with the training. I also find that exercising in the morning is very helpful as well, because it allows for better focus and better feelings when I am writing.
I'm thankful for everything that I have and when I focus on even those small things to be thankful for, it really helps me when I can feel my mood going down.
I find it very helpful when you are aware what you are thinking and then take control of your mind when negative thoughts try and enter. Meditation is very helpful to calm the mind and enter the stillness.
I'm learning so much from the training here at WA and i'm so excited to get my website up and running and ranked in Google.
