I have chosen "sous vide cooking" as my niche. Can this niche succeed?
The niche itself can't succeed or fail no matter how good or bad it may sound. What makes it to succeed or fail is the content, the targeted market and the marketing. having a good product and keep it without advertising will no sell. I presume you have serious reasons you have chosen that niche: Maybe you have noticed its high demand on the market. Maybe you are highly talented in that domain.... whatever the reason is, you will only succeed if you have a good product, a good market, and a good marketing strategy. Good luck.

I have chosen "sous vide cooking" as my niche. Can this niche succeed?
"sous vide cooking", is a very narrow niche and very focused. The monetisation will be the reviews of the sous vide water baths. I am assuming that there will be recipe books for it as well
