Why is back in support is not helpful
It depends on what you ask for. For example, they cannot help with web design, but they can help if you have some kind of site error.
Usually whatever they can't answer, someone in the community can.
What are you having trouble with?
I bought a thrive plug in and I got a message are you sure you want to do that. This plug in works on other hosting site and do not ask such a question. Why is this plug in b
....it sounds to me like the plugin works, you just have to upload via FTP because the file size it too large.
Well, you didn't have to mess with computer settings, you just needed to upload the plugin in a different way. But if you got a refund already, then I guess that's done!
What do you mean upload it via FTP?? Because I am having the same problem with the same plugin.
The plugin is in .zip format so idk whats going on.

yes, working around a issue will not resolve it. it will bring problems later as I build out my site

I read it and it is too much over my head. I am not that technical. I am going to request refund and build my site on another hosting site.
