Because I live in Mexico and not every body understands english here.
Hi Sergio,
You can share WA in any language, but be aware that the WA community and training is all written in English.
So, even though your sharing intentions may seem valid, your conversions may not do so well.

Hi Jay, thank you very much for taking the time to answer my question. Any plans to making it available to spanish speaking people soon?
Considering the vast amount of content that is published, I honestly don't see that happening as WA would then need to do this for many other languages also.
An alternative would be to use a browser plugin that converts the content to Spanish. The only issue would be some of the words or phrases may get lost in translation since these browser plugins are strictly dictionary based.

I'm not sure if I can legally make an income with WA here in the USA since I'm not an american citizen. Are there any legal requirements that I have to comply before I can make a profit with WA?

The same reason that you woud communicate with your family. If you need help, but are isolated then you would probably receive help because that is what families do. Howver if you keep the family together and communicate with all of them in a timely basis how much more help would you get?
Networking is definitely key here,
The reasons why networking are important is because it allows you to expand your reach to new heights you could never have achieved before.
There may be someone that can't do something that you can, you'll hopefully help them out, one day they may have thousands of emails relevant to your site, you might write an awesome article and out of courtesy they'll send some traffic your way either free or on negotiated terms, This is good because it is a contact you would never have had prior to networking with them.
It'll also expand your inner circle with people interested in the same things as you, in this case that'd be bloggers, we are all here for the same reason, we all keep each other motivated and we through a lot of ideas around so you can easily overcome writers block with all these ideas, if you get stuck there may be someone within your network that knows exactly what to do to get you out of that particular pickle.
There are so many more reasons to network but the real jist of it is to reach new areas you could never have gotten to or even known about, don't take networking for granted.
