My Journey With Wealthy Affiliate

Hello everyone this journey is more like a story. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. That is true for me, I have been told that I am not good at hiding my feelings especially emotions. I am glad that you cannot see me right now because I would definitely sell myself out. This story is an emotional one so I ask that you please excuse me for this. If you need tissues (ladies this might be more applicable to you), grab them now! Here we go the moment of truth!

I found about Wealthy Affiliate through one of Kyle's reviews about some other MLM companies who were scams. I was looking for companies that were offering online marketing training to help me promote my affiliate website. Everytime I researched these companies to know it they were scams, I always saw Kyle's reviews so I started reading them and then looked at the comments below them.

What I saw brought me to tears. So many persons got caught by these companies and lost so much money. I remember reading one about a lady that said she could not get her money back and she needed it for her daughter's dance class and she told them that but still nothing happened. My heart went out to her.

Kyle had a link to WA so I clicked it and read about the company. Of course I did my research to make sure it was not a scam and the only complaint that someone did review about was to do with payment which was not a real legit complaint.

So I signed up as a free member on 8 June 2015 and went through the training. I liked what I saw and learned especially the walk through videos and the fact that you can always go back to your lessons. I loved the warm welcome I received by the community when I introduced myself and the help received thanks so much for that everyone.

I joined Premium a few days before my free membership expired because I saw it as a worthy investment. Knowledge is power, if I could accomplish nothing else, at least I would have learned something from this training.

I am sorry that I cannot offer anyone assistance in the Live Chat or Comments when it comes to answering questions concerning this training but this is all new to me still so I have not mastered everything yet but I hope to soon.

I guess the scariest part of this training believe it or not is creating the website. It is freaking me out! Even though you can get online help, I just wish I can get physical help i.e. someone is physically sitting with me as I create my website, giving advice, support when I feel frustrated. Does that make any sense to anyone?

I wish I had all the money in the world so I can fly Carson or Kyle to Grenada right now to help me! Oh man here comes the tears bear with me.......1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

When I look at other persons' websites they are so creative, full of imagery, posts, videos, links the whole nine yards. Mine looks well I do not know how to call it not up to scratch. I seem to lack the creativity, I am not sure what to write for posts and I fear to write more because they are sorted by the most recent ones so that when persons come to view the website, they might not see the welcome page first. I am not sure what to do to change that if I even can.

It is like winning a Grammy for your singing or acting. I ask myself will Google love my website? Will I be ranked in the first page? For my sake, I hope so. I really do.

My future goals for the next three months - I hope to have a website that is worth more than 100% and worthy of Google etc.

My future goals for the next six months - I hope to help out others in the community with my knowledge, support like they did for me. To be someone you can rely on and trust. To continue to be the best person that I can be both inside and out in all aspects of my life. If it is even possible, I would not mind having my online business take some shape so to speak.

All in all, I do not regret my decision to join WA and I hope I can always be a member as long as God, health and finances permit. I want to thank Kyle for saving me with his reviews because had it not been for them, I might not have been sucked into one of those scam companies and lost so much and gained nothing.
