Comments Versus Feedback

Hi all I have noticed that when I request for comments on the discussion of the content a specific page on my website , the responses I get are about the overall design and layout of my websites and other pages like the home page etc. which is kind of NOT what I am looking for. I think such responses should fall under Feedback because feedback does not get posted on site and comes to me only for review and implementation on my website based on the suggestions or feedback.

So ideally when my visitors come to my website, they should not see the feedback on how I can improve my website or how great my website looks but they should see the comments on affiliate marketing, wealthy affiliate and what WA is all about as well as the benefits of them joining wealthy affiliate. If my visitors see feedback on how I should improve my websites how does that help them when they are looking to start an online business? I think there should be a clear distinction and understanding of what we expect when we say we want comments on a page and when we say we want feedback. Feedback to me means comments on areas of improvement or kudos for doing a great job on the web design etc. and the comments mean to your thinking around the discussion at hand.

I have had to disapprove some comments because they were falling under the ”Feedback” category in my understanding… not that am correct but it won’t help my visitors when they come to the website. Your feedback is appreciated maybe it’s me who is missing something.

Are there any on you out there who are getting feedback on your website instead of getting comments to the discussion at hand on the page?
