Ah...the smell of books! Cracking open a new textbook and breathing in deeply gives me the same satisfaction as, say, my first cup of coffee in the morning. In my early years, perusing a college catalog of all the available courses and programs was like opening the latest bestseller, and I'm not ashamed to say the feeling hasn't subsided as I've aged.

So, when I stumbled upon Wealthy Affiliate, it was that "new textbook smell" all over again.

As a lifelong learner, I have continuously looked for ways to expand my knowledge base. This search has led me down innumerable rabbit holes, costing anywhere from $3 to $30,000 (damn those student loans!), and delivered a plethora of "education," whether for good or evil. But one thing remains; my thirst for "those things I do not know,"

I've gotten wise over the years, and would like to think I can sniff out a dud.

After one day in WA, I had ZERO hesitation going premium, and that new textbook smell is as lovely as ever.
