On may 25th I tried to transfer 2 domains. Babyuporganics.com and joyuphub.com.
I got a refund of 13.99 for Babyuporganics saying it didn't go through, but no refund

You would need to contact those who you were dealing with. WA has no means of checking it for you when your site is hosted elsewhere and/or your domain registration was purchased elsewhere.
If ANY purchase in question was made through WA, please reach out to SiteSupport: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support and make sure to provide them with as much detail as possible so they can assist you quicker.

hey sorry .. I accidentally posted this here... I meant to send it to tech.... thanks for responding though... I eventually sent it to the right place and they got back to me... one of the sites is still in process.. and the other I have to check on... appreciate the response
