How much time should I make for WA?

Hi folks,

I'm here about 6 weeks now and loving it passionately. I have one review on page six and a few other pages creeping up the ranks. Yesterday I had 63 sessions in analytics so I'm starting to see the fruits of my work.

In three weeks my kids go back to school and to begin with I will have more time to devote to my site. However, a few months back (before I signed up to WA) I paid a deposit on a course in Reflexology. This is very interesting but will involve some amount of time. How much I'm just not sure yet.

Because I have Bipolar I'm not supposed to take on too much stress so I'm wondering have I taken on too much. I want to be making money as soon as I can. Like I said already I enjoy working on my site, writing, learning and researching it's fun to me.

If I thought I would definitely make money here I think I would ditch the course and apply myself fully to WA maybe even start bootcamp when the kids go back to school.

Does anyone have any thoughts, I'd appreciate your input.

Cheers,

Brenda

The reflexology course I'm assuming will be good for your health, whether it's a treatment course or learning to be a practitioner. If you work out how many hours you need to give it justice then you can schedule your WA time accordingly. If you already know what you can do so your health isn't compromised, then you can schedule accordingly.
How long is the course for?

The course is a year long. One saturday in the month with study in between a lot of physiology and anatomy and 60 case studies. The case studies are the time consuming part. It's not supposed to be easy. It is a practitioners course. Thanks for the advice Kathy.

Right, I understand your dilemma then, 2 of my daughters had case studies to do. Is this something you could ask your health advisor/doctor about.?

I could and i know what he would say.... don't take on too much. I have four kids , two of them have special needs and need to be brought to appointments. I just don't want to go back to feeling stressed all the time. If I did'nt have my condition to worry about i would just do it and go with the flow but it would be a shame to end up sick again now that I'm doing so well. The reason I signed up for this course was to build a career out of it. If I thought my site would bear fruit then I think I would just pass on the course and focus on WA but there's no way of knowing. I guess that answer will just come to me. : )

Sorry I can't be much help on this one Brenda.
Reading what you've just said taking on both would probably be too much. You sound like the kind of person who gives yourself 100% to whatever you're doing and would find it too stressful.

I can become quite obsessive about the things I do and find it hard to balance things in life. Deep down i think it's probably too much to do both but I have a history of dropping things and don't want to go down that route again. Don't worry Kathy I will figure it out. I think i know what to do I just need time to process it and turn it into a firm decision! Aghh! My head is spinning! Thanks for your help again .

Ok, I'm sure you'll make the right decision, once your head stops spinning! :)

The more input you put into WA then you will acheive success..
secret is to take action, if if the result doesn't look good it is
still a possitive, so never put anything off..
Always good to focus on one thing at a time and not to jump
around otherwise you will get lost and confused (overwhelmed)
hope this helps..

It does help. It's what I've been thinking. I will have to forfeit the €350 deposit for the course - only downside. The most important thing to consider is my health. I don't want to get sick again after being ill for so long.
Thanks for commenting.

not good to lose your course especially after joining it..
what you learn from your course you could always use the knowledge and skills you have learned and channel this into a website to teach others.. Just a thought..

I know that's also true. Reflexology is very good for depression and anxiety and I could write a few articles on the topic. It would be very interesting and helpful for readers. Just don't want to split myself into too many pieces and do every thing half baked.
