Are Your Roses Prettier Than Mine?

Do you find yourself looking at your website wondering if it looks good?

Thinking of how you can make it look better?

As many of us have embarked upon this path having little to no experience with how to build a website, let alone of how to make it work.

We look upon Wealthy Affiliate to provide the necessary training to get us where we want to be. Attempting to stuff our brains with all of the information that we can to achieve success.

With this being said, take time to "smell the roses."

What I mean is, take a look at the competition. See what they are doing. Take time to comment on other websites that are within WA.

This will allow you to see how things work and give you the ability to form your own set of analytics from the training you have received.

Just think back to when you first started to cook or bake. You got a recipe, you read it, maybe you sat down and watched a cooking show or two.

Then you dove in, you baked the cake that you have always wanted to. Then you attempted to frost it. Ok......well.......ok, it doesn't look like cakes that you see in the bakery. Alright, well, how does it taste?...........................Ugh!.......as you chew (what you thought was to be a masterpiece), you realize that you forgot to put sugar in the batter. You know that the next time you won't forget.

But in the meantime, you will still seek information on how to do different frosting decorations and different flavors that you and your audience will like.

Our websites are the same way. We work on them from the inside out, hoping that what we are doing is going to drive traffic our way turning our country back road into a metropolitan freeway.

Take the time to be a "surfer" again and see what is out there.

Become somewhat of a critic and critique other sites and see what you can incorporate into yours.

It will freshen your eyes, your imagination, and your inspiration.
