i have changed the dns nameserver for a domain i want migrate to the platform as was asked to do but i still cannot seem to access under site manger. what else is required? an

I believe I maybe have the same problem as you sdotamode!
...if I understood you right.

I have changed the nameservers at a .com address I own.
I can see it under Domains in SiteRubix, under Other Domains. And it stands ready under hosting. But I can't do anything with it.
Don't understand where to go or what to do now?

If I understood it right, I would not need to do a full migration? I have renewed the domain for almost a year, so wouldn't need to pay for it again.

If you are trying to maintain content that is currently created you will need to back it up and migrate it to your new hosting account here at WA.

Basically the DNS servers will point you to a new hosting account that currently has nothing on it (hosting is where your content lives).

You will need to create a site and then restore your content onto the new hosting.

I will start over with the design and content on the site, so don't need the old with me to the hosting at WA. (I never got it fully up and running from the start) .
So then I don't need to care about the things I have at the old host I believe?

The problem is that I don't see the domain as a choice in Site builder or Site manager in Site Rubix. But I can see it under domains.

Yes that has been sorted out for me send a message to site support

Perhaps you should refer the issue to site support and if the cannot help send a private message to Kyle or Carson.

Pls let me know if you get the solution but I have private messaged Kyle but he doesn't responded I m disappointed to say the lest

Sad to say I haven't found any solution yet. If you get one from Kyle, please let me know!
Going to sleep here now, so will check back tomorrow and hopes for the best....

Did you try site support first? Kyle is a very busy person and it might take some time. But in my experience he always respond, are you sure the message was sent successfully.

sdotamode did get help and tip me off to contact site support.
But I can't send to site support about the domain my matter is about. I can't choose that domina in the form to send to site support. So "only" ending up back in the community then.
I instead try directly to Kyle, but know's I need to count on extra time (and it's also weekend..soo..). Going on with my work on other things meantime and hope for the best :-)

Send a message to site support and in include the domain within the body of the message because that will be way quicker that way
