Don't feel bad. These kinds of days can come about, especially with the challenges and duties of everyday life. Everybody's is different and it can just be plain mentally exhausting! Besides, this is your business to work on at your own pace, however you choose. True, this makes it a little longer to reach our set goals, but as long as you keep moving forward, you will see your success. Hang in there!

I think we all do this, at least I do. Family has to come first, then many days it is simply, "I need a mental health day". So, going forward I will dedicate 2 days total of 12 hours a week. Something should come from that.
Just open your computer, check your normal email, shop, then check in on WA!
You will find your way, just don't stop all together!

Don't beat up on your self.
You will find your zone.

Try putting a schedule together and stick to it.

Be kind to yourself and just do what you can fit in.

Do what you can today and do more tomorrow, keep going.
I get the same way several times a year and several days/weeks
Each occurrence. All we can do is keep fighting.
