Home Repairs
Our home is 25 years old and in need of some repairs. We are in the process of getting that work done now.
There is some fasca board that needs replacing which was due to gutter leaks. Limbs had to be removed that were laying on top of the house. All trees needed trimed back. Front door needed painting as well as the whole house. Front porch and back patio was power washed.
We are near the end of getting the work done. I am excited. The house will look much better when the work is finished.
Alll this work can be so expensive but is worth it in the end

My house is now 100 years old. And there is a never ending list of "to do's" that are needed. Now I know what is meant by money pit.

That sounds like a good facelift. Next time you should show us a photo. Having a house the work never finishes and if it is not the house the garden needs a major cleanup. Never a dull moment.

I, too, am in the middle of home repairs, Sarah. This is the "paint everything inside the house" year. So, with the completion of gardening season, I am painting daily. Though, it seems that most of the paint is ending up on me. :-)
