Another Sleepless Night

It is 1:00 am here and I still have not fallen asleep. When I am light this I have to get up and do something. Laying in the bed trying to sleep is miserable.
So I have gone to my computer, read emails, and am doing this new blog post. I am hoping to get sleepy soon.
