So I recently switched SEO tools. I switched from all in one SEO to Yoast SEO. Though after I switched, I noticed that I am not getting traffic to my website at all! Does someo

Hi Scott,

You are probably still getting traffic, this is likely happening because you had Google Analytics setup through AIO SEO. This video should help you out: Let me know how you go!

Tim

Thank you, I will check out the video later today.
I have noticed that analytics doesn't show any traffic but search console does. I have tried a bunch of stuff to fix the problem and I think that I finally did. Though I will check out the video just in case I missed something.

That would definitely mean you are getting traffic then, it's just a technical Google Analytics issue if that's the case. Also note that even when you've got GA setup properly it can take a day or so for the data to pul through, but you can check if it's working.

Go into GA, click on admin => property settings => tracking info => tracking code / then click on "send test traffic".

Let me know how you go.

I already did that and it showed that one person went on the site. Which I guess is working now.

Awesome, sounds like you've got it sorted. :)

though now it is not showing that I am getting any traffic from the search engines. Is that a problem? If it is, how do I fix it?

And I am using rank SEO now and I set everything up

Well it's hard to know without seeing inside your site/Google Search Console/Google Analytics. But if you just switched to using another SEO plugin, that could be the issue. I also don't recommend using an SEO plugin that isn't recommended in the training. I'd stick with All In One SEO or Yoast personally. That way, if you are having issues, you can watch the training on how to setup All In One SEO to ensure you have it setup correctly.

Ya, but it was having that issue when I was using Yoast as well.

Greetings
I would probably switch back and see if your traffic comes back and then go from there! Hope it helps!

did you have your google analytics verification number in your all in one seo - if so you may need to add it to yoast and recreate your sitemap and resubmit.
try sending hte test traffic from google analytics - click on admin then tracking info in the middle section then tracking code and select send test traffic
this will at least test whether it is still working
it opens your home page in a new window - don't close this
and just above the send button you will get a single visitor to your site as shown.
good luck
phil
if you go into each post did it migrate all the seo meta data across to yoast - if not then you have a bit of work to do before resubmitting your site map.

Hey Scott,

A very successful member experienced EXACTLY the same issue and he ended up switching back after he lost well over a month's income from switching.

Therefore, my advise is to switch back to what you were using... All In One SEO pack plugin.

There is a reason why Kyle suggests using the plugins that he does in his training and that is because over the many years that Kyle has been doing affiliate marketing, he learned which plugins work best.

Hope you find this helpful.
