New Strategy I'm Using Right Now

So, I was on youtube and I found a video that showed a stategy that I havn't thought of before but is very smart to do.
The strategy is taking the average wordcount on every blogpost on the first page of google. And writing your blog post to be about the average wordcount so it can rank on 1st page easier.
When doing this, the only websites that you should avoid doing this with is magazine websites and websites that aren't really a niche website.
Once you know the average, then you write out your blog post to be about that much amount of keywords and there you go, that's the strategy.
