How do I delete my account so I am not charged every month?
Hi - you need to click on your profile photo, go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing. Please be aware you will lose all access to this platform, and if you have a website hosted here, you are given 30 days to move it to another hosting provider.
Wondering if anyone can tell me how to delete a comment on my website? Thank you!
Just go into your comments section
Tick the box next to it
Click on the Bulk Actions - click on Apply
Choose Trash
Once you see that Trash has one you click on Trash and then choose Delete Permanently choose Apply and its gone

For some reason a lot of the items in my dashboard are gone. Appearance, customize, plug-ins, ect. Anyone know why this would be?
It sounds like you've created a new user and didn't give yourself full administration rights. Logout of your website and login again as the original user (admin) and upgrade your second user to administrator. After that you can use your new username going forward.
The last button at the bottom of your dashboard menu is the collapse menu button.
Did you happen to click that and ended up only seeing the icons?

Why can't I see many of the items in my dashboard?

When I try to look up my website is says the domain is disabled. How can this be?
Just needed to clear my browsing history on my computer. Never would of thought of this. Thanks everyone for your help don't know what I'd do without you. Have a GREAT day!

it is very possible you might have a technical issue you may want to contact site support for this one

Did you have your autorenewal turn on?

Yes I believe it was working its a new site probable just a month old. I am indexed by google already. How do I turn my auto renewal on?
have you tried the site:
have you set up your google analytics?
does it say you are indexed in your site manager?
hopefully you will be able to find it

Yes it does say I am indexed in Google. Should I contact site support? Still not seeing my website.
Have you pointed your DNS (Domain Name Servers) to your domain registrar? If yes then sometimes it takes time to propagate. If no then check out Kyles training here WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS Hope this helps,

Hmmm tried refreshing did nothing. My website is mcateehomedesign.com. When you click on "The what and why's of home staging" it goes to a different page. Im confused!
You will need to refresh your page after editing it. Update it in word press then when you visit site you will need to refresh that page also
send me the link to your website - when you editing a page make sure you update it and then view your post or page
