It's Ok If at First You Fail! No Really!

Kyle often reminds us to not hold back from starting content on our website get started as soon as possible. I was one of those and in complete transparency I still have to remind myself that there is no reason to procrastinate waiting for that perfect masterpiece. Perfection will come with time but first you have to START.

Some errors we make daily are out of our control, some not. Still what we manage or control is our response to the errors and the determination to learn from them to improve and conquer those errors.

Do you come unglued and make matters worse after a mistake or do you remain in control and gain knowledge from the experience? It is really up to you. Will either reaction eliminate the error? NO, but how you respond can establish the setting for the best outcome. Even the best minds make mistakes or errors and the best teachers and leaders permit them to make them. Because although permitting or the taking of risks is a little frightening the process of learning from the errors allows those involved to grow.

It is then that you discover the power of learning in making mistakes.

KNOW THAT YOU WILL FAIL

Mistakes are opportunities to learn and coach and train others who have not yet developed their skills as they pursue excellent skills.

Think about it, the first time you did anything you made mistakes. Professionals won’t inform you that it is OKAY to make blunders.

Seeing the progress as you learn is one of the most satisfying aspects of learning.

Ultimately, it's okay to be bad before you can be good then great at something.
