A barrier to process is anything that keeps you from acheiving your goals and pulls you off track from your goals.

I have ran into a few that I want to talk about today.

#1 failure in niche satisfaction and consistency

#2 financial stress

These 2 barriers to process have kept me from working on my site for the past 3 days after I uploaded one of my last articles.

What does it look like to hurdle a BTP?

Hurdling a BTP looks like continuing the path to your goals and actively working on them efficiently.

For example, my steps to my goals involve uploading blog posts and creating a new website.

These are my two biggest processes that my BTP's are keeping me from right now and I am going to overcome them by researching new key words and researching websites that I can model mine after to continue the steps to sucess.

BTP's are the biggest cause of procrastination.

Feeling like the work is to hard or getting stuck is a sure fire way to end up procrastinating.

Figure out what your BTP is and find the serum that dispels any difficulties or the apperance of difficulties.

This alongside intelligent research and following successful individuals examples will pay dividends.

Conclusion

Immediately identifying BTP's and coming up with a serum that will actively fight against procrastination will help you hurdle your BTP's like they were 2 inches tall.

A serum is any process that renders BTP's powerless by automatically enlisting the help of an agent more experienced that can overcome the BTP. Whether it be a person or a protocol. A serum will get you 11x further than not having one.
