One Wave At A Time
It's been just over a month since I joined the WA community. Even with the 3 week holiday I took over Christmas, I've managed to learn quite a bit leading into the new year.
I've always found it difficult to focus myself in one dirrection at a time. Learning something as new as website building and marketing having never done either before, I told myself to handle it like I handle surfing; one WAVE at a time.
I've managed to dirrect my focus to the point of making it through 2 of the 5 classrooms in the training here at WA. At this point I now understand:
- How to navigate and create confidently using word press.
- How to use visuals.
- How to choose key words and design posts around them.
I'm still learning and nervous when approaching the more tedious bits regarding tying up loose ends making sure all my material is credited and sourced. When it is appropriate to mention actual labels and products vs. discussing generic product observations.
I found it difficult to pin point where I wanted to take my niche and how to extend on it. Now I'm starting to get a feel for the dirrection and how to leave it a bit open ended to allow for growth in my niche as it progresses.
Taking a glance at the classroom to come, I'll be learning about the money making end of things. I feel like this is the big missing puzzle piece I've been eager to put in place.
I still have quite a bit of content I'm looking to add to some skeleton posts I've created, but overall, starting from complete scratch, knowing nothing only a few weeks ago, I'm proud to deliver FREE SHE to you.
