Hello All! Update!
I am currently working on my first article. It is taking a little longer than I want it to because of a couple reasons.
1. I tend to procrastinate - I made the mistake of not writing down a goal date for publishing my article and unfortunately I've been letting days go by. Now I can say that I wrote down my goal date and crushing it!
2. Since I am not an experienced blogger, I've been over thinking on how my article should be. This is just the beginning and my articles will be less than perfect. I know that they will evolve as I build my site.
This is a short post but I wanted to share my progress! :)

One thing I learned the hard way- break up the content into several posts. I make notes during the day on my phone to organize my thoughts. Hope that helps. Good luck
Definitely! I have several things within my niche that I can touch upon and the ideas are flooding into my mind! Thank you for the advice!
You will become a great blogger as you write more and you will go back and tweek things as you get better and better. Remember to learn is to grow.

You may not find the time during the day, but try to write your ideas on a piece of paper and then you can pass it on to the blog. Sometimes it's easier to just jot down something and then get on your computer and elaborate on the subject.
Thanks Eugene for the advice! I do have ideas but I do not always think about writing them down.
