I want to share with you my daily affirmations that I have obtained from my Mind Movies programme.

I DO THESE EVERY MORNING AND IF AM FEELING IN A LOW STATE.

These are not written by me so I take no credit. I just thought I would like to share with you.

I wake up each morning with a grateful heart and open mind.

I appreciate all that I have.

I say Thank you for all the wonderful blessings in my life

I choose to see the silver lining in all situations.

I am grateful that each day I am learning and growing

I am grateful for second chance.

I am grateful for my health and vibrant energy.

I give thanks for ALL the people I have met who are part of my life story.

I am grateful for every moment that has made me the person I am today.

I express gratitude for all the times thats has made me the person I am today.

I express gratitude for all the times I have been triumphant.

There is always, always something to be grateful for.

i am grateful for simply being alive.

I am consistently in an attitude of gratitude.

Every night before I go to bed, I say Thank-you for the positive things in that day.

I am filled with gratitude every time I see a beautiful sunset, a tall mountain, a calm ocean.

I am so grateful for my supportive friends and my loving family.

I give every event in my life a positive meaning.

I am grateful for the gift I receive from each experience.

I acknowledge and appreciate all the things that I do have.

I love my life.I am grateful to be ME, I am unique in this world.
