The Journey To A Million Dollars

Hello WA friends -

As some of you may (or may not have) noticed, I am usually MIA on the weekends. I work very hard all week and then grant myself permission to take 2 days off for myself and my family. I am one of those people who likes a balance in life - including my work and play time.

I love the idea of weekends off and I love the idea of summer vacations - months of freedom and sunshine and travel.

Of course, as most of us know, when you enter into the world of full time adulting, there isn't any such thing as a summer vacation and even a whole weekend off can be rare. We work and we work hard. Which is probably a good part of the reason the majority of us have found our way to Wealthy Affiliate - we know there has to be a better way. A more sustainable way of living. We are searching for more; more abundance, more freedom, more joy. We have realized that we, as human beings, are not designed to spend hours and days hidden in office buildings, far from the sun and fresh-air, toiling away to make someone else filthy rich while we scrape by.

No. We are creatures of the world. Meant for long days frolicking the sun and long nights where we are looked after by the stars.

Reaching these sky-high levels of freedom in this day in age can feel intimidating. It can feel like difficult path to follow, one full of pitfalls of self-doubt and sabotaging algorithms. Yet, in spite of these potential dangers, here we all are - pushing ahead in our ventures. We might just be starting out, not sure what we are doing here among a community of internet savvy marketers or we might be seasoned pros with intimate knowledge of Google Console (I literally have no idea how to work that tool. Like, AT. ALL.). No matter our experience level, the only thing that really matters is our level of dedication.

I am on a mission - a mission to create freedom in my life. Financial freedom, location freedom, burden freedom.
