The upload says it's 100% loaded, but will not progress to complete adding my profile picture.
I'm getting the same response three times. I took my picture (525 kb) with my galaxy S5, emailed it to myself, and saved it to my desktop. I'll keep trying other ways.
You don’t need to email the picture to yourself after taking it, you can just choose it directly from your photos when you click on add photo. Have you tried that?
Hi Eric,
Nope. Same results. After trying to save my picture from my Gallery to the website, it still gave me a "100% Loaded", but it didn't upload. Apologies for the bad news.

Have you tried restarting your device? Usually when simple features aren't working, restarting your device whether it's your phone or table or computer can sometimes fix the issue. Whatever the issue is, it's happening on your end. So odd.
Both devices were rebooted, but it still didn't work on either my S5 or on my Lenovo laptop. This is wierd. Before contacting your IT dept., what else can we try? Thanks for your assistance throughout this issue, though, Eric!
Well we've definitely done our share of troubleshooting lol. I don't mean to laugh but this is normally such a simple part of setting up your profile and I've never seen this be an issue.
Send a ticket to support and see what they say. They'll probably cover the same things we have, but they've always come through for me. It's probably something so simple that we're both overlooking it :)
Go to the SiteRubix tab on the left, then down to SiteSupport and go from there :)
I was getting a little frustrated so the picture came from my "fairly-new, still-unknown" facebook account, of which I don't want it to be known yet because of my 96 hours per week workload. I barely have enough hours to sleep and spend time with the family, let alone trying to keep up with everyone's posts, pictures, interests, etc. But hopefully, this weekly thing will change for the better in the next 12 months or less.

Why won't my profile picture upload?

I logged into one of the workstations here @ Fedex, but unfortunately, my pic (*.jpg) still didn't upload.
