We are here to build and maintain representation blogs, vs. store fronts!
All WA educators, mentors, the WA staff should recognize the simple thing - there is actually 2 types of websites: storefronts and representation/blogs. To representation related also the news magazines and like. THAT only thing should know a student from the beginning.WA should tell to the members from the step-one: "You will build here, on WA - NOT that Web Stores here, but the Representation Blogs. That's the way how You will make your living with WA". PRESTO!!!! Why? Because most people who is here on WA do know about Internet Business... Not a little, even Not "Zero", but Minus Million!!! I was part-time private teacher for the last 17 years. What I found - the students interested not of encouragement speeches ("Excitement Lessons"), but on the learning of TECHNOLOGY of the Trade. That calls Technology Card. In the case of Electronic (Internet is the part of that) they do need that style of teaching: Click here->Now Click There->Now click here... etc. Since a student offered of the alternative way or make her choice, then she (he) stocked forever and loosing the interest to the topic. In most cases they already got the hook in the brain and that topic already blocked there. Student already scared to go ahead and without substantial help of the teacher he can't override the obstacle. Especially that is critical in the very beginning of an educational course. I believe that should be repeated to every one approaching the Lessons on WA unless the goal will be changed towards of teaching how to sell in the WebStore.
