I'm doing the Bootcamp and I wanted to know when should start registering for other affiliate program?

Right away. If you feel ready to monetize. Go for it!

Ok, thanks do you have some suggestions for a beginner?

Yes. go to the large white search bar at the top with the magnifying glass and type in monetization. You will have ideas to overflowing!

the domain name i just purchased was differnt from the one i did in siterubix (the domain name i have in siterubix was taken) do i have to start all over with this one?

Simply transfer your content from your site rubix site to your new domain - and you're good to go
