Looking outside through the balcony door
Hello to all WA friends,
I hope all our WA friends from Canada had wonderful Thanks giving yesterday
I just want to write my first blog to remind everyone to pause for a moment once in while and remind ourselves how beautiful our life is. All our experiences in life are felt inside us even though the trigger can be from outside.
Unless we are conscious of our own body, we won't be able to appreciate the miracles its performing to keep us going day in and day out. When we turn our focus inwards, the hate and anger we feel for others will turn into beautiful butterflies and you can actually see them fly outside your body. Yes it all starts with focus on the inside and being conscious for few minutes a day.
Rather than saying have a wonderful way , I wish you to have a conscious 15 minutes today and feel your own soul and be present with your body and life will be different.
