My WA Experience So Far
Hello All,
I'm at the point in my lessons where I'm to create a blog about my progress thus far... so I guess that summarizes my progress thus far :).
But seriously, folks, I'm really impressed with the set-up here at WA. Sure, you could put all of these tools together, and piece together the training yourself. The fact is, it's not rocket science. But that's what impresses me. Kyle and Carson have put together something SIMPLE and all in one place: tools, training, and MOST IMPRESSIVE, the community.
I'm working my way through the lessons, with my first niche website HerbalStressBusters.com. I'm itchin' to get some affiliate links there, Google ads, whatever! But I've got some serious maturity, at 57 years, and I know that every time I try to skip steps, I miss something. So my site's still just building up content. No links, ads, etc. All in good time.
I think I see the genius strategy here. No one post, no one website, no one niche is likely to make you rich. But it's EASY to generate a lot of pages, sites, niches the way these guys have it laid out. Using the low-hanging fruit approach to keywords, and each one will get decent ranking and a little traffic every day. So, earn a little here, a little there, and keep building, and eventually we're talking about real money! I have the patience, and the time (between massage therapy clients) to keep adding posts, and watch my income generating Internet real estate grow.
If you have the time, I'd love to have you check out HerbalStressBusters.com, and tell me what you think, so far. My current challenge is, how to develop a lot of pages for different herbal remedies that don't all look the same: describe the herb, benefits, side effects, drug interactions, conclusions. Sure, I can do that, easily, and it'll fit the model I described above. But if you have any suggestions for how to spice it up a bit, I'm definitely open to suggestions!
In the near term, my goal is to complete all the training here and have one site starting to gather some coin. I'll be thrilled if I can get one niche site's posts to cover my WA membership cost in the next few months.
Then, it's onward and upward from there. I have already started a second site, TalkinGoodHealth.com. I'm going to grow that one out, too, and possibly associate it with my bricks-and-mortar massage therapy and health products busines, which you can read about at RockinGoodHealth.com (my business site from before WA).
Long term, it's a piece of cake to describe. Just keep building, one niche, site, post at a time, and eventually watch the income multiply. It's simple... just a matter of will to sit at the computer and write another post, a few a week.
The sky's the limit. Nah, that's too low. The edge of the known universe is the limit!
