First day!
Hi everyone!
I thought I would do a post to introduce myself to this community, and ask some questions.
So, here we go:
I'm a newly wed! My husband and I have been married since June 29 of this year, so it has been a very busy but exciting time in our lives over the past year! I planned the entire wedding myself, so it was a bit stressful, but the day was magical and completely worth it.
I'm 22, and I work as a law clerk for a family law firm in a little city in Ontario, Canada. Nothing fancy, it's crazy hectic, emotionally draining, and so far is a wonderful experience. I love the field I am in, as I get to help people on a day-to-day basis get out of awful situations, and help children find better homes. It's very rewarding.
My husband is currently in the application process to join the Canadian Military, which is his absolute dream. I'm so excited for him to start his journey.
Our goals include starting a family, and for me to be a stay-at-home mom. I don't want to miss anything!
I haven't had a chance yet to go over the training videos, but I plan on doing that evening. In the meantime, I had a few questions for the community:
- I have quite a few interests, so I'm having trouble figuring out where to start. Where/how did you start?
- Wherever you are in your journey, what have been the pros and cons so far?
- Is anyone else from Ontario, Canada?
- How has this started to affect your day-to-day lives?

Hello and welcome! I began here the first of July and love it! I suggest to get started on the training, it's very thorough and exciting. I loved the fact that you start out for free so if you find you don't like it you're not out anything. The free training will take you far enough along to decide that. Put your time into it, enjoy the learning.
