Can't change theme

I'm not able to change my theme within wordpress. every time I try I get an error. This happens with every site I try to create. Why will it not let me change my theme from within wordpress. It's too difficult to pick a theme in the WA back office because there's no way to sort through and the thumbnails are too small. Please Help

Try this: Choose a New Theme
I know how to choose a theme but I get an error. No themes come up for me to choose from. It happens with every single website I try to create using the WA platform. When I use my other blog that just goes straight through Wordpress I never get that error
