Need Your Help To Make My Business Plan Better

I'm fine, but somewhat worried about my plan. So I thought I'd take advice from you. At first, I made my work plan clear to you.
I published my first blog a few days ago. The blog name is Pillow Tip (PillowTip.com).
After publishing the blog, I think it is very difficult to do all the work alone. So my plan to make a team for my business. Where there will be SEO expert, article writer, WordPress developer.
I would like to publish 10 to 12 niche sites per year. I would sell 6 to 7 the niches which are not performing well and keep the rest to me.
That's my general plan. Please show me the mistakes of my plan. Suggest me some ways to make my plan better. How many employees will be perfect for this project in your thinking?

This is a plan for sure and as such, there is nothing wrong with it. The worries and the execution.Where are you going to find The experts and how you going to pay them?
As for selling niche sites that aren't performing well? If they're not performing well for you why would anybody else want to buy them? I have paid tens of thousands of dollars for websites but always getting a return for my money?
