Cloth or Disposible
I have three boys all in diapers. Potty training is not one of my strong suits. Well, you can imagine that with three children in diapers, we end up with some stinky trash. So, what's the alternative? Cloth diapers right? I'm still on the fence about this one.
I have purchased cloth diapers recently and I'm excited to try them out. While looking at cloth diapers, I have come to realize there are over 20 different types of cloth diapers out there. So just like disposable diapers, i have to figure out which ones will work best for my babies' butts. Will the pads work best, or the folding cloth, or snaps verses velcro?
By the way, I don't like bodily fluids. Then, the realization hit me, what happens to the bussiness in a cloth diaper? With a disposable diaper i fold it up and toss it in the trash. I can't just throw the cloth diaper in my washer, it'll dirty my washer. Oh man, I actually have to rinse the cloth diaper out.
So now I'm back to the dilema. Cloth diapers or disposable diapers? Stinky trash or rinsing my childrens' bussiness down the drain. My newborn is not so bad. He's breastfed, so he has little diapers. My two older boys though, well they eat normal food. I guess if i switch to cloth diapers I better strengthen my potty training skills, either way I'm cleaning up after my boys.

I went through the same dilemma. I stuck with disposables for convenience. I figured less mess vs cost = cleaner hands :)
