Hi guys,
Now how to get pages on a site fast indexed by Google? I know I could "fetch" pages on Google Search Console before, but now this function has been canceled. So how
Hi Sam,
My posts have been indexed faster these days because after I publish them, I inspect the blog URL, I request for Indexing on GSC, and also click on Test Live URL. The more you post with consistency in publishing content, the faster it will be indexed.
You can also try to click on the G symbol under your Published post in the Site Content. That's also how I know my posts are indexed in Google.
Also, I aim to write 1500+ words by following Jay's SEO tips (meta title, meta description, keyword within the content, Alt text for the image, internal links, external links, embed a video (optional)).
Hope this helps,
Ferra
Hi Sam,
You can still use Google Search Console to do the same thing.
Just click on "url inspection" on the top left, paste in your url, and then halfway down the page on the right, hit the "request indexing" button.
It takes about a minute or so, then you'll be told that your url has been added to the queue for indexing.
Depending on the age of the site, you could be indexed within 30 minutes to 24 hours, but usually somewhere in-between.
Thanks
Partha
Hey there, I found out about this awhile ago, so I know how you feel. You have to request indexing in order for it to get indexed fast now. I'm going to leave a video link on your profile so you can see how it's done. I just don't want to put it here because I don't want it to look like spam.
