What is Rapid Writer?

After writing 3 pages of contents, I felt a little overwhelming. Running out of ideas and wondering how bloggers managed to write 1 articles per week?...scratching my head..
And I need a break badly, so decided to spend sometime reading up tutorials in WA and navigate the site to get familiar. Pretty excited to stumble on this tool - Rapid Writer. I thought and hoping that this tool can help me to speed up my writing process and quality of my articles.
May I know anyone here who know how this tool work?

Rapid Writer is something like Word on WA. You can save stuff you find on the internet (like an article), you can write in your ideas ... And also, it calculates keyword density in the text you put in.

You need to write naturally and also use the keywords naturally. That means that there is no set good or bad quantity, but you don't want too many keywords. I would say 4-5 same keywords in a
700-1000 words article are enough. You can check out some training about that if you write KEYWORDS in the search bar on top of the page.
