Looking for a Magic Elixir

I'm looking for the magic elixir that will turn a 24-hour day into a 48-hour day! My mind is going so much faster than my fingers, I can't get everything downloaded from my brain into the computer fast enough. In fact, getting any sleep is proving to be a problem. I wake in the middle of the night with new ideas for websites and blog posts for those websites. I write them in my head at 2am...and sometimes I even remember them in the morning!

Actually, I've devised a little routing to help me get back to sleep. As a trained hypnotherapist, I learned that if you open your eyes and look at the ceiling (or look up, your eyes must roll up and that may not actually be toward the ceiling), then close them again. While you are doing this, take a deep breath. Do this three times.

Three peeks upward, three deep breaths. Then just repeat a single word to yourself over and over...don't count sheep, those are different words and if you're like me, you'll become obsessed with getting the number right! A single simple word, a mantra if you have one. This will send you into a hypnotic trance which will then naturally let you fall back asleep. We go through a hypnotic trance many times a day, but always in the morning as we wake and in the evening as we fall asleep. You can't avoid it, so let it work for you!

I find the hours of sleep after I do this to be the most creative, and indeed rejuvenating. This is my source of inspiration and combined with the education and support from the WA community, I know that it's the key to success.

But I still need that elixir, so if anyone in the WA world has knowledge of alchemy...let me know! And no, neither coffee nor Monster are what I'm looking for.
