A Business Must Sell Something

Famous marketing man Jay Abraham once said "Nobody makes any money until somebody sells something!" This obviously is a universal principle that applies across the offline world and the online world as well.
Since I come from the offline sales world (I've literally sold millions of dollars of various products, from art to real estate to legal services), I struggle within the online sales environment. I'm used to being able to look 'em in the eye, or at least hear their voice!
So I've written a little piece about sales and what motivates people to buy. I'm hoping y'all will take a look at it and let me know what you think...what I should add...where did I go wrong?
