Assessing the situation part 2 Adults
My job as a carer takes me into a lot of homes. I see the same theme everyday elderly couples trying to look after themselves. My clients are the lucky ones believe it or not. There are a lot of others out there who can't get help but they need help with care at home. They just do not know how to get the help . Which is why I am so very grateful to be able to correct that right now. By doing this. I hate to admit this but the system just isn't working for some people. There are a lot who won'the admit they need help simply because they are to proud to except help . They fought the war and survived the blitz . They are fine. (NO THEY ARE NOT) They struggle on with there lives in the vain hope that some may care enough to help them. But what if that one piece of equipment or that extra benefit they didn't know they where entitled to made that difference. Just think what a change to their lives that would make This is another reason I need to do this website. If I can get that faith in this website I will be ecstatic. I know abit about our elderly and the care etc they need. You're right in saying many just don't know where to look for assistance. I think websites like this would be very beneficial.
