<head></head><body><p>I am on an upswing right now and feeling a bit of momentum. I have already been through the range of emotions with WA that are apparently normal. Guarded optimism, frustration, courage to get back on it and then the momentum and positive attitude. Much of the courage to go on is due to the community here. Let's keep up the good work. It carries over into other parts of life!</p>
