The day has come to record my progress.
I have made it through course 2, what I have learned along the way?
Some academic and some personal
Academically - I created my first website, (Weightlossplaces.com) with five pages and one post. I opened accounts for G+, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. I learned what an SEO is, and how to download and attach pictures, and that I am not as bad as a writer as I thought I was.
On a personal level; I learned that I let fear paralyze me, but I also learned from you fab people that it's okay to fear, just do it anyway. I learned that it doesn't have to be perfect and I don't have to complete it in one day, easy does it, one day at a time
I believe I benefited more on a personal level, and I'm glad I did. I think that sometimes we have to learn things on that level to advance. For me, the most important part of the training has been having the support of all of you fabulous, wonderful people. It helps, to know that there are others here with me. It's like I am walking through the dark woods, sometimes fumbling, tripping and banging my head, but I know it's okay because there is always someone with a flashlight saying "come this way" and that kind of support is priceless.
Thank you
Luba

My motto is "Dream It! Believe It! And Take Action!" If you do this continuously you'll appreciate Change and want it more than ever. You're on the road to a Better You! Now reward yourself for taking that action. Doesn't have to be big, but it should be something that makes you feel good. Do this every time you take action over fear and it will become part of who you are. Great Job!
WOW!!! I love your analogy of "walking through the woods", Luba. The fact that you understand that the certification is both a physical one (going through the training), as well as mental, is amazing.
You really are making great progress, Luba!
