Visual Editor Working
After many refreshes, disabling add-ons, changing browser settings and signing in to WA 6 times in 20 minutes, Google Chrome has won!
I normally use Firefox, I have been a Firefox user since it was created, and I still love it. The issues I have had with Internet Explorer in the past made the change easy and I have never had any problems with it. However, I found that the visual editor in Wordpress would only work very occasionally.
After reading the information provided here from other users I was determined to find a solution and I was wrong. I am sure I have missed something, but I gave in and downloaded Chrome and signed in (for the last time this morning - hopefully!) on WA and I am now able to use the visual editor. I feel that although I will continue to use Firefox, using Chrome and having it work first time is definitely the quicker option!
At least it has put one of the problems I had out of the way so I can continue working on my site without that niggling thought in the back of my mind!

I switched from IE 11 to Chrome just before I joined WA and I've actually gotten to like it a lot. I had sooooo many problems with IE so I was really up to making the switch. Isn't is funny how something that seems almost disconnected to a problem can turn things around? Hope you have a pleasant weekend. It's nice to be in touch with you again.
I know, something that should work across all platforms and you can have problems with it so easily - and solve them just as easily by switching. I was never a fan of IE, consistent page problems, crashing and loading times were sometimes ridiculous!
