Hi Ruth I can say that every success is a win and that is fulfilling. You are so right though sometime we don't see a success or a win. And when that happens we start to question ourselves.

What we need to do is start looking for the wins and successes and aim for them make them a goal for us to work towards.

All it is a cycle success win success win and that keeps on going and we have to keep it going. It is like a balancing act but we can do it in small steps like you said. But it can be done. With hard work, patience, and some sacrifice.
