There’s nothing like achieving success even in small steps.
The trick here is to recognise success when it shows up. So many times it’s lost or passed by because it may be minimal in your eyes.
REMEMBER, that many drops of water can become a lake it all adds up.
Personally I love success and really try to make all my actions that I do into achievements which feeds my motivation… this is definitely one area I love being overweight in so I try to have as much as possible.

Hi Ruth I can say that every success is a win and that is fulfilling. You are so right though sometime we don't see a success or a win. And when that happens we start to question ourselves.
What we need to do is start looking for the wins and successes and aim for them make them a goal for us to work towards.
All it is a cycle success win success win and that keeps on going and we have to keep it going. It is like a balancing act but we can do it in small steps like you said. But it can be done. With hard work, patience, and some sacrifice.
