I gotta share, I gotta sharee!
Wow, wow. This is gonna be short, but wow, I gotta share. I gotta share this news.
I am excited. This is probably the most excited I have been since I became a WA member and saw my first website online.
I know, I know, to some of you there'll be that shake of the head and the smirk and the rye comment "so what is he so excited about?"
And I understand. You've been there, done that. But this is my first and I am relishing it, so.....
Sharing
I am into my third year at WA and speaking truthfully, most of it has been mundane and trying and at times - discouraging.
This is due to a number of factors including my personality. I recognize through working here that there is an aspect of who I am that needs some alteration in order for me to succeed as an entrepreneur.
I'm working on that.
I also realized that the niche I chose, even though I am passionate about it, was not the one I should be blogging about. Not if I wanted to write freely and connect with my target audience.
So in June I started my third niche site. In doing so, I decided to go over the OEC and I must admit that I am learning a lot more as I redo the training.
Also, I am writing more freely and I believe, connecting more easily with my visitors.
And this is showing.
Share in my excitement
It is showing because yesterday I got an email telling me that one of my post had been indexed in Google. I didn't pay much attention to it, it was not the first one.
But then a while ago, I decided to check my ranking using Jaaxy. I wasn't expecting anything, but I still checked.
Booooooommmmmmm!!!!!
Ranked on the first page as number 1 in both Bing and Yahoo. I had to check for myself to make sure that Jaaxy had not gotten it wrong.
They hadn't. Number 1 family, number 1. Wowwww.
I did not get a ranking from Google but I know that it's somewhere on one of their pages. I have to work on getting traffic to get it to page 1 now.
For me, this is more motivation.
I'm pressing on. Rejoice with me. If you are struggling, do not give up. Small success will lead to bigger ones and finally to your goal.

That is so awesome, Russell!! To be #1 is a dream come true...
One day, I'll be there... Keep moving on it and I am sure that the new niche is a big plus for you. I'll be watching for the success posts from here on out on this.
I wish you the best!
Bob
I have to confess, the absolutely stunning woman at the top of the post got me to read it (I am just a man), but I'm glad I did. This post is the stuff people need to hear. Success comes from constant re-evaluation and analysis. Staying motivated when things are going according to plan is easy, the problem is keeping your focus the rest of the time. And celebrate every victory, no matter how small you might think it is.
Different ways to grab the attention eh Allan. So she wasn't just decoration. And yes, she is stunning. :))
Thank you. I will.
HI Russel, congratulations on your achievement! Every post that goes to the first page of Google has a strong potential to bring you hundreds and even thousands of visitors per month! the more posts you create, the better for your business!
Keep up the good work!
All the best
Stefan
