It could be a clash between existing plugins It was a DANG Plugin! Analyse your plugins, that is where I would start.
hey bro, i think its the WP Spamshield. I turn it off and they can go through. Now turned it back on. I don't know if its ok since theres no new comment yet.
I just made a comment on your site and it went through like a breeze, awaiting moderation. So I hope you have your problem solved now.
