Building my Website

So I am only through Course 2, Lesson 9 of the Getting Started Training. I must admit, I did not think this would take so much time! I have only one website to date, but feel that I have already did it wrong. I don't know? I am looking for feedback from the community to view my website http://bigthunderspetsupplies.com to let me know how I am doing. I have some affiliate links, some blogs, etc., on there now, and waiting on approval to become an affiliate of some other pet supply businesses.

I am very new to this, and need to start making some money today!!!! I know this is not a get rich fast type of process, but any ideas on how to get the word out about this site? Do I need to complete every training course before that happens? Should I begin building other websites as well?

Thanks for the input.

You might want to add pictures to your my pets page

I think you may be rushing things a bit. You really need to build up your site with a lot more content before putting so many ads on it..Google does not really like ads and if you just write lots of content and get a following, you can add the adds a little later. If you need money now, I suggest that you hide the ads in words that link to the merchandise. After you write a blog reread it after a few hours, but like you were reviewing someone else's site.I like to pretend I do not like the person who wrote the blog and look for any tiny mistake to make them look bad, Doing this you will catch mistakes you make because you are familiar with the material and are not really reading it over carefully. This is one example of a slip up on your page:

if you truly care about your, you will take the time to

We all make them, it is always best to have another person read before you publish if you can.

I wish you the best of everything, cause I love dogs more than just about anything!

I think you are doing great! I suggest you make your website a place YOU would go to find information, help and related products. Make it something you are proud of. I'd also add more content / info / tips of your own in posts - if you're the expert, than tell us what works for you, why it works and then tell us where to go to find the stuff to buy. Visually speaking, the left side banner aren't centered. Hope this helps. Oh, and every class brings you closer and builds u up so just keep at it! When the social comes, you'll be ready.
