progressive metal
since we are encouraged to write a blog post about our exploits here on WA here I go:
I chose my niche in progressive and power metal, since this is one thing I am most enthusiastic about. My whole life is filled with music actually. I own recording and rehearsal studios in Vienna, Austria where I constantly deal with musicians and music recordings and music promotion. Plus I am an active musician myself, I play bass. So I felt I could really contribute some relevant stuff in my niche.
Also, the power prog community is very small, I know not one person who shares my tastes in music, I mean personally. Online is the only way to get in contact with others who like the same bands, to share what I dig out and to find new releases.

What really helps at this point I already started a blog three years ago and created about a hundred and seventy pages of content, that I can now vamp and update and put out.
Back then I had no idea how to and indeed no intention of earning money with this but now I do and thanks to WA I see a way.
I have posted 8 pages so far and seven posts and four posts are ready and scheduled for publishing.
I have a twitter following of 500+ for my power prog blog already, some of them I had some very interesting conversations with, and they send me links to check out. That's rather a good feeling.
The writing is a lot of fun, it doesn't seemlike work at all. Plus I listen to a LOT of music at the moment to get new inspiration and info for my next posts.
Right now I am working through the social engagement course and I feel a bit overwhelmed. Keeping up a social marketing plan seems like a full time job to me, 24 hours a day online and engaging with followers. Most of all pinterest, I am new to it and it looks like a total mess to me. But I already have one follower! Yeah.
When I get this rolling and find a routine for posting and things I plan to do another websit about marketing tutorials and another one on how to get the mindset and motivation right for weight loss.

I am in course 3, lesson 1 right now. Since I started, I have been working constantly at this. I did not get to the social media phase yet. I guess this sounds like I will be getting more busy.
Everything that I am learning here, I am learning for the first time.
