One of the reasons why Roam fell is because of the break down of the community. One definition of community is a feelling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitiudes, interest and goals. In other words, without a community there is breakdown of communication and a breakdown of unity. No organization can stand without unity.

WA is an organization that started with a small community and has grown exponentially by people who share common interest, attitudes and goals. If this were to break down, WA would struggle as an organization. To thrive as a community let's not hold back from sharing. Although this helps WA as a whole, it helps in another way as well. What is it?

Strong communities are made up of strong individuals. As we share our common interests, attitudes and goals we are actually fortifying and strengthening each community member. If we hold back on helping and sharing then we are really acting towards our own selfish interest and against the common good of the community. When we strengthen each member we strengthen the community and we strengthen the unity.

Simply doing a blog like this has the potential to reach out to many of our community members. I know it would be time consumming if we tried to reach out to each person on an individual basis. However, could it be possible to reach out to one or two perhaps on a weekly basis? I know I could do more myself If we all did so, what further greatness this community will have. So just remember we cannot not have comm(unity) without unity.
