Hello Wealthy Affiliate back from a sabbatical,

When I started Wealthy Affiliate I was overwhelmed that I found an honest online business that educate's you and teaches you all you need to know how to make money online. Full of zest and enthusiasm I started to work all hours. Maybe a couple of hours sleep here & there.

A word to the wise, I started out with such an insane pace and was afraid to stop. I thought if I would stop my writing creativity would leave me. I sense something was up with my body. With all the books I read from Louise Hay if I couldn't tell that my body was sending me warning messages.

There is no such thing like consequences. My inner voice said, " Rose pay off a year. This way you don't have to worry about making the monthly payment." I am so happy that I am in tuned with my inner voice.

While, walking my beloved dog "Layla" I started getting shooting pains "I like to use the word discomfort" running across my lower back. I said to myself okay Rose this will last a week top's. I was wrong. My sciatic nerve said hey wait I want to enjoy this party. That's when the numbness appeared running down my legs.

I had to make a decision. Take care of my home and my dog. Do some introspecting. Find out what caused the flair up? I am used to exercising two hours every other day and my back hasn't flared up like that in a long time. Back to meditating and self healing.

I was flying high. My companion got a job as a truck driver, no more yelling, cursing, just peace and tranquility. My body was telling me "Rose you need rest" you need to take care of your body by feeding yourself good food. "Rose you love your body. Show your body how much you love yourself by going to bed every-night at a decent hour." Make sure your refrigerator is full of food. Make small prepare meals. This way you won't go without eating. Take your dog for three walks a day to make up on your exercise.

Sometimes I have to find out the hard way. Wealthy Affiliate will be here. Don't have to worry about monthly payments. I have set-up a time schedule with working hours.

I was so full of fear that it was hard for me to come back. Afraid of being a failure and not succeeded. The day that I see my first check will give me all the confidence I need.

I am so happy to be back at Wealthy Affiliate. I have to admit it was hard jumping back on.

To all the members out there if I was able to help one person, that will make my heart warm and put a smile on my face.
