I have paid it forward, now can I get a Review!

Being new to any type online business and far, far from tech savvy, I depend on comments and helpful reviews. I might say my dependence on directional feedback is great!
The type person that follows the Certification Course step by step, if I ask I somehow missed it in the lesson. Too, review from someone in Course 2 is a lot less 'see and how to fix' than someone who has been through most of the courses here, or has been successful at WA for some time...
So here’s the thing, I paid it forward by writing the required 250 word review for three (3) sites. A fourth site I 'oops out’ of with probably 25 words. That site was near perfect, looked professionally done and was far above my Course 2 review level. I felt there was no need to waste anyone’s time!
Afterward, I submitted my website for review. It seems I was limited to response from one (1) person and I received a 30 word review! Really I was grateful, but I did expect more input .If completing an acceptable review requires 250 words how is a feedback review of thirty words acceptable? Shouldn't feedback require at least 100 if not 125 words?
Someone with community high (really low) ranking asked if I had posted a blog. Since I desperately need and crave feedback ...I thought, ‘Yes, I will give it a try'.
agelessyou50plusantiaging.com is my website. Google has, actually created a new page for me. I am highly ranked and have always been in the number 1 through 3, 1st page position. But, recently, this is true only if you put quote marks around my keywords:
"50 plus anti-aging"

What significance does this have? Can someone tell me, in simple terms, what this means?
Community, will you let me know how I am doing so far? (Remember…Course 2).
I realize the menu and page order is messed up. And, I obviously need more content. Guess I may have to slow down on those offers of 250 word reviews!J
Is my site attractive?
Does it look old fashioned?
Is the subject matter interesting?
Are the colors appealing or too vibrant?
Do I have a sustainable niche?
Is it a viable selling transport?
Anything else that is helpful... any info is valuable.
Thanks ever so much Community!
