Not to mention the hosting services!! Have had better luck here than at Godaddy by far. Their website builder tool wasn't as user friendly as the wordpress interface. And as you stated, the live chat is GREAT! But personally, my favorite thing is all the resources at our disposal. I can type anytime in to the search bar and see immediate answers to my problems. You cant beat that.

Yes, I agree that the search box is extremely helpful. I have starred so many things that I will need to categorize them soon...just to find the thing I need. lol.
I was very, very fortunate. I have no prior experience with anything in the marketing industry. But, I agree that hosting here has been fairly easy, even for a newbie like me. Too, we have 24/7 Support. Now, you
really can not beat that either!
