Is LinkedIn More Refreshing Than Facebook?

I’ve noticed something recently when switching between Facebook and LinkedIn. Before I go any further, I have always been more of a fan of LinkedIn than Facebook.
When I go onto LinkedIn, I often find myself reading genuine business discussions, useful posts and normal comments from people sharing their experiences. Of course, LinkedIn isn’t perfect, and there is still plenty of self-promotion, but overall I find it quite refreshing.
Then I go back to Facebook and sometimes it feels like I’m seeing the same exaggerated posts over and over again. Sometimes I feel that I am running out of things to say, as I have kind of commented on the same type of post time and time again. I don't use AI to make comments. I genuinely create the comments myself and try and respond accordingly.
You know the sort of thing: massive claims, carefully staged success stories, dramatic headlines and posts designed purely to get a reaction. Sometimes it can feel as though everyone is trying to outdo everyone else rather than simply having a normal conversation.

I’m certainly not against Facebook. I use it regularly for my business, and there are some excellent groups and genuinely helpful people on there. However, lately I’ve found LinkedIn a much more refreshing place to spend time.
Perhaps it’s because people generally approach LinkedIn with more of a business mindset. I also find that I’m more likely to stop and read a thoughtful LinkedIn post than another Facebook post telling me how somebody supposedly transformed their entire business overnight!
I would like to think that when I create a Facebook post, it is genuine and truthful rather than exaggerated. The same when I'm on LinkedIn. I'd like to create genuine posts without huge claims. In fact, when I'm creating a YouTube video, it may well be about something that I've just learnt and have then hey, created a video about the subject.
I’d be interested to know what everyone else thinks.
Do you find LinkedIn more refreshing than Facebook, or is your experience completely different?
